Examination and treatment at home
One of our experienced vets comes to your home and carries out an initial examination. In most cases, we can provide the treatment there and then.

If further care is needed
Some treatments require equipment that we can't bring to your home. In that case, we'll refer you to a clinic where your pet can get the right care.

Our vets come straight to your door, whether you live in the city or in the countryside, saving you valuable time and reducing your pet's anxiety. This is especially valuable for cats and fearful dogs, who feel best in the safety of their own home.

When the difficult moment comes, a home visit offers one of the most dignified options. Letting your pet pass away at home, surrounded by familiar smells and at its own pace, creates a peaceful farewell for both your pet and the family. We are there to support you through the whole process with warmth and respect.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay by card, Swish or Klarna. You pay quickly and easily when the visit is over.
My partner is the registered policyholder – can I still use the service?
You can always use our service, whether or not you have insurance. The owner in our records doesn't have to be the same as the policyholder for you to use your pet's insurance.
Does my insurance apply?
We work with all insurance companies. As long as the reason for the visit is covered by your insurer, it is of course covered with us too.
Can I cancel a home visit?
Yes, you can! You can cancel your visit free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit. You do this via the confirmation email that was sent to the email address you gave when you booked the home visit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are charged a fee of 900 kr.
In which cities and areas do you offer home visits?
We currently cover Stockholm, Uppsala and Gothenburg and the surrounding areas. Check whether we can come to you here
Which animals can I get help for?
We see dogs and cats in Stockholm, Uppsala and Gothenburg. In Stockholm we also see horses, and rabbits and rodents for simpler visits – and there we perform euthanasia for all animals. In Gothenburg we also see rabbits and small pets.
How do home visits work?
How much does the service cost?
It can sometimes be difficult to say in advance what the total price of a visit will be. Every procedure carried out by the vet or our veterinary staff has a set price, but it's often not known in advance exactly what will be needed, so the price can vary from case to case. You will get a quote before treatment starts, so that you can decide whether or not to go ahead with it.
Travel is included up to 30 km. If you live further away, a travel fee of 400-1 400 kr applies depending on distance; see the price list.
We offer direct billing if your pet is insured.
