Home visit
A home veterinary visit provides safe and stress-free care in the animal's own environment, and you avoid both transport and waiting rooms. We can perform medical examinations, make emergency assessments and take blood samples on site at home. We can also help you in the last moments of life when your animal is put to sleep in the safety of its home.
Veterinary clinic
A visit to our veterinary clinics provides complete basic veterinary care with fast and easily accessible help near you. We are located throughout Sweden at selected Arken Zoo and VetZoo stores, so your animal can get the right care where you live. Book your appointment easily online or come in to talk to us today.
Animal clinic
Visiting Djurkliniken Östermalm means you will meet some of Sweden's most experienced veterinarians, with short waiting times and competitive prices. What payment methods do you offer?
We offer card payment, Swish or Klarna. You pay quickly and easily when the visit is complete.
My partner is registered on the insurance, can I still use the service?
You can always use our service regardless of whether you have insurance or not. The owner in our records does not have to be the same as the owner on the insurance to be able to use the animal's insurance.
Does my insurance apply?
We settle directly with all insurance companies. As long as the reason for the visit is covered by your insurance company, it will of course also apply to us.
Can I cancel a home visit?
Yes, you can! You can cancel your visit free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit. You can do this through the confirmation email sent to the email address provided when you booked the home visit.
A cancellation later than 24 hours will be charged a fee between 900 SEK.
In which cities and areas do you offer home visits?
We are currently located in Greater Stockholm, Uppsala County, Western Skåne and the Gothenburg region (but soon in more locations in Sweden).
Which animals can I seek help for?
In Greater Stockholm, our experienced veterinarians can help you with your dog, cat, exotic and horse! In the Gothenburg region & Uppsala county we can offer veterinary care for dogs, cats and exotic. In Western Skåne we can offer care for dogs, cats and some care for horses (incl. Official assignments)
How do home visits work?
You go to our online booking or contact our support, tell us what you want help with and choose a time that suits you. At the booked time, we will come to your home to help your pet.
