Can I cancel a home visit?

Yes, you can! You can cancel your visit free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit. You can do this through the confirmation email sent to the email address provided when you booked the home visit.

A cancellation later than 24 hours will be charged a fee between 900-1795 SEK depending on the booking.

We are currently located in Greater Stockholm (but soon in more locations in Sweden). Try and see if we can come to your home. here

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer card payment and Swish. You pay quickly and easily when the visit is complete.

You can always use our service regardless of whether you have insurance or not. The owner in our records does not have to be the same as the owner on the insurance to be able to use the animal's insurance.

We work with all insurance companies. As long as the reason for the visit is covered by your insurance company, it will of course also apply to us.

It can sometimes be difficult to say in advance what the total price of a visit will be. Each procedure that the veterinarian or our healthcare staff performs has a set price, but often you do not know in advance exactly which interventions are needed, which is why the price in each individual case can vary. You will receive a cost estimate before the treatment begins to decide whether you want to carry out the treatment or not. ‍If you live more than 40 kilometers from central Stockholm, we will charge a transportation fee. Insurance & payment

How is my information stored?

Personal data and information about booking times are treated confidentially in accordance with the Personal Data Act. We store the veterinarian's notes for the animal's medical record, just like during a regular veterinary visit. If you want to see which cookies we store, press here
