Licensed veterinarian, Veterinary Director
Karolina has previously worked at the major animal hospitals in Stockholm before taking over the role of chief veterinarian at VetAtHome in August 2023. In her role, she is responsible for keeping our business running and developing it when she is not in the field herself.
Licensed veterinarian, Clinic Manager Östermalm
Izabela graduated as a veterinarian in Poland in 1999 and in Sweden in 2007 and has since worked at the major animal hospitals in Stockholm. Her tasks and areas of interest have been emergency and intensive care as well as leadership. In January 2025 she started as clinic manager at VetAtHome. She is responsible for the daily work at the clinic, skills development and staff at Djurkliniken Östermalm.

Daniela has previously worked at the major animal hospitals in Stockholm before joining us at VetAtHome. Her focus is on cats and their diseases, where she is particularly interested in internal medicine. She is particularly passionate about the slightly more senior cat patients and their well-being.

Louise has previously worked in emergency rooms and outpatient clinics at both large hospitals and smaller clinics. She is particularly interested in reproduction in dogs. She has previously worked extensively with dog training, which makes it easier for dogs with special needs to visit the vet, as in Louise they get a very knowledgeable, compassionate and responsive vet.

Ronja has a great interest in dog and cat diseases, as well as a passion for helping animals and their owners in a safe environment with an extra focus on good communication.

Emma is a licensed veterinarian with a degree from 2021 and has several years of experience from both emergency animal care and inpatient care at animal hospitals, where she has worked as both a veterinarian and animal nurse. She has a special interest in feline medicine and internal medicine, and is passionate about providing each patient with the best possible care.

Agnes has previously worked in ambulatory care and has experience treating all kinds of animals – from sheep and horses to cats. Her heart beats a little extra to help animals in their own safe environment to minimize their stress. She has a particular interest in orthopedics but is also passionate about internal medicine and all that it entails.
Licensed veterinarian, Responsible for VetAtHome's dental clinic
Hedvig has over 20 years of experience in dental care for dogs and cats, performing everything from preventive treatments to advanced surgical procedures. She accepts referrals from other clinics and animal hospitals and has trained many veterinarians in dentistry. Her vision and driving force is clear – no animal should have to suffer from oral pain.
Stage 2 specialist in cardiology
Einar Johard is a Swedish stage 2 specialist in cardiology with over 20 years of experience in heart disease in dogs and cats. He has extensive expertise in cardiac examinations, screening programs, and treatment of both congenital and acquired heart disease. Einar has also worked in cardiac surgery and is a valued lecturer in veterinary cardiology.
Stage 1 specialist in dog and cat diseases
Elin is an authorized ophthalmologist and specialist in diseases of dogs and cats. She also has broad expertise in emergency care and emergency surgery. At our clinic, Elin will be primarily responsible for patients with eye diseases, both acute and chronic.

Emma is a specialist in canine and feline diseases with over 20 years of clinical experience, including from one of Sweden's largest animal hospitals. She has broad expertise in internal medicine investigations, emergency and intensive care, emergency surgery and treatment of dental diseases. She is extremely passionate about patients with gastrointestinal diseases and often meets patients with chronic conditions that require long-term care and follow-up.

Johanna has previously worked at a large animal hospital, both in the operating room and in the inpatient department. She is particularly passionate about surgery, patient hygiene, and ensuring that patients feel as comfortable as possible during their stay at the vet.

Logistics, support & finance
Stefanie has been part of VetAtHome since 2022, but has worked in the industry since 2016 with customer service and advice at reception, telephone and in store. At us, she is responsible for logistics planning, customer support and helps the team coordinate the day's work.
Receptionist
Felicia has extensive experience in sales and customer service and is passionate about creating a positive experience for both animals and their owners during a clinic visit. She has a great interest in animals and her heart beats a little extra for cats and horses.
Animal Caregiver Level 2 & Support
Sara has worked in the industry for 15 years, both clinically and with telephone support. The last few years in Stockholm at a large animal hospital and previously at Blå Stjärnan in Borås and at the District Veterinary Clinic. On telephone support at Vetathome, she sees it as her mission to give every pet owner a professional and committed response.
Support
Lena has worked in the industry since 2004, the first 4 years as a nurse at a clinic in Sörmland. Later she moved to Stockholm and started at a large animal hospital as a receptionist/telephonist where she worked for many years before she was transferred to other clinics in Stockholm with the same tasks. I am now retired but still find it fun to work and meet all the wonderful colleagues.
