A home visit from us is the easiest and most convenient way for you to get care for your pet. You can easily book an appointment, then we will come to your home and here you can read about how it works. If you have specific questions, check out the frequently asked questions and answers page.

We are currently located in the Greater Stockholm area and can visit your home, office or any other location of your choice. Check your zip code to see if we can come to you!

Choose what you need help with

In order for us to be as prepared as possible, we ask that you fill in what you are seeking care for. If you need to add anything, you are always welcome to contact us.

Choose the date and time for your home visit.

In the booking calendar you can choose the time and date that suits you and your animal best.

You will receive a booking confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your visit, you can easily do this online 24 hours before your visit.
 

Time for a home visit

We will come to your home and do an initial examination.

The veterinarian will come to your home and perform an initial examination of your animal. This will then form the basis for a cost estimate.

You will receive a cost estimate.

The veterinarian will provide a cost estimate for the treatment recommended for your animal. You can decide whether you want to proceed with the planned treatment or not. Here you can see our prices.

We carry out the treatment

We perform the well-thought-out and approved treatment in the safety of your own home.

You pay for the visit by card or Swish.

When everything is ready, you can quickly and easily pay for the visit with a card or Swish. Of course, we cooperate with all insurance companies just like at physical clinics.

Arrange your visit with your insurance company

If your animal is insured and the treatment is covered by it, you send your receipt to the insurance company after the visit.
Of course, we can offer direct settlement for a fee.
